Trách nhiệm chính

Partnership Build

Identify, develop, and close B2B sales opportunities across international markets (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and others).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise partners, OEMs, and distribution channel partners.

Stay ahead with market trend

Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in the commercial drone space.
Quickly adjust sales strategies to match market changes and new opportunities.
Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align product development with market needs.

Customer Communication

Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in form of high-tech product proposals to enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions in collaboration with senior-level executives.

Sales Report

Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support business planning and decision-making.
Continuously look for ways to improve the sales process and customer experience.

Contribute to Team Success

Support strategic projects or assignments as directed by Sales Managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in tech, UAV, or industrial solutions.
A degree in Business, Sales, or something similar (or just a huge passion for learning!).
Strong English communication skills—both written and spoken—so you can connect with customers and your team.
Additional languages such as Japanese or Korean are a strong plus.
Good vibes with MS Office (especially Excel) and a familiarity with tools (like SAP, Zoho &CRM).
Should be organized, detail-oriented, and ready to juggle multiple tasks at once.
A positive attitude and a desire to grow in sales and customer service.
Experience in sales admin roles is cool, but freshers are totally welcome too!
